I would have to recommend http://www.bloggingfusion.com, they are new, like 2 weeks old and already have almost 200 links…abd have a PR of 3 but going to a PR of 7, so get your links in while you can
They are free of course but offer some very neat features and they really promote your blog far better then the commercial blog directories…
